Rules based security for Interwoven's WorkSite product family.
Documents blocked (or explicitly given access) based on either client or client/matter combinations. Either block out selected users or groups, or allow only a specific users or groups for desired documents. Security rules can be created for all WorkSite security options (PUBLIC, PRIVATE, VIEW - Full Access, ReadWrite, ReadOnly, NoAccess). These rules complement explicit security given to document by operator or author. Security rules can be imported from records management products. Also handles workspace security, with different application of security rules than for documents as is important under a matter centric environment. Easy data entry of client/matter and attorney/group security rules.
